Michelin-starred French chef Yannick Alléno is opening his first restaurant in London in the autumn of next year.
This new restaurant, which will be opened in the heart of Mayfair, stands out as the third Pavyllon that the chef currently operates in Paris and Monaco. At the same time, this restaurant is expected to be located in the Four Seasons Hotel.
Fellow three-Michelin-starred French chef Hélène Darroze, of Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, was among the first to congratulate on the news on Instagram: “Welcome in Mayfair!”
The news lands in the same moment that Allénohas also announced the end of his 12-year collaboration with the Royal Mansour in Marrakech.
Alléno has a portfolio of restaurants spanning from Asia to the Middle East, and has twelve Michelin stars in France and three abroad. But it has yet to conquer London with its inspiring modern French cuisine. It also promises the opening of new locations across Europe in the near future.
