The famous French restaurant Mirazur, which won the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurant ‘awards in 2019, opens a pop-up at Straits Clan, a distinguished members’ club in Singapore between 14 May and 11 August. Club members will be able to book for the Mirazur restaurant of Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco from 9 am to noon on Tuesday, April 20th.

It will reflect the “four universes” – leaves, flowers, roots and fruit – that inspire Mirazur’s menu, which is in line with the lunar calendar and the impact of the moon’s position on plants in the gardens, says chef Colagreco.

Starting April 24, Kin Restaurant and Clan Cafe will be temporarily closed to make room for the pop-up. In order to provide the full experience expected from the pop-up, the area will be completely transformed.
