Saigon Boulevard, a restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine such as pho and bun, opened its doors to the public in mid-January in Livonia, USA.

“I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant because I’ve always loved to serve all the authentic food to the community” said Van Nguyen, the owner of Saigon Boulevard.

The restaurant serves buns and phos, as well as rice dishes, noodles, and Vietnamese pancakes.
