A year after Swiss chef Daniel Humm transformed his famous New York restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, with vegan menus, he launched the vegan menu subscription service Eleven Madison Home.

The Swiss chef’s new service, Eleven Madison Home, will deliver a one-day vegan menu to addresses ordering from Manhattan for $150. Humm’s project, which aims to encourage people to have a vegan diet at least once a week, includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, soup, dessert and fresh products.

10% of the proceeds from the project will go to the Swiss chef’s non-profit organization Rethink Food.
