Ukraine’s leading chefs Ievgen Klopotenko and Igor Mezencev recently hosted a gastronomy tour. In the tour organized by the chefs, the food culture of Ukraine, the historical and natural beauties of the country were introduced.

Foodinlife Editor-in-chief Gökmen Sözen, who was taken on a gastronomy tour by two important chefs, had the opportunity to meet young and successful chefs such as Ievgen Klopotenko, Igor Mezencev, Edik Kanaryan, Mirali Dilbazi, Yuriy Nikityuk, Marina Korsun, Andrei Matsiuta, and Alexander Tsvigun, who created their dishes from a creative point of view using Ukrainian agricultural products. During the tour, unique tasting menus were experienced at the 100 Rokiv Tomu Vpered Restaurant, prepared by Klopotenko and Mezencev. Tasting menus prepared by Zweig Restaurant chef Edik Kanaryan and Gosteria Hata Podopryhora chef Mirali Dilbazi were tasted at Park Inn by Radisson Kyiv Troyitska. Special flavors were also tried by Kommuna Kitchen chefs Andrei Matsiuta and Alexander Tsvigun, Wine Love chef Yuriy Nikityuk and Supra Kyiv chef Marina Korsun.
