The flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom, British Airways, have announced its collaboration with Michelin-starred top chef Tom Kerridge, the Speedbird Café.

The gourmet menu designed by chef Tom Kerridge will include steak, ham hock, chicken and brie sandwich options as well as a spiced cauliflower vegan wrap on-board. “I am truly happy to be working with British Airways again, and to have the opportunity to champion the best of British to so many people” says Kerridge and adds “A sandwich, made with care and great flavors, can be a perfect meal and I hope the passengers will enjoy my short haul menu.”
