Chef Hélène Darroze’s three Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, will be open again on Tuesday, May 18th.

Commenting, Hélène said: “It has been a challenging time for us all, but it’s testament to the daily commitment of the whole team that Michelin recognised us in this way. We are delighted to finally reopen the doors at The Connaught and welcome guests back to the restaurant for the first time with this new accolade. With the support of our producers, suppliers and partners, we are returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm.”
