The Roca brothers have added a new project to their growing portfolio, along with El Celler de Can Roca, which they will open on June 23. Àgora del Mas Marroch in Vilablareix, which will welcome customers between June 4 and October 31, will feature iconic dishes of the successful brothers.
At the airy Àgora event space in Vilablareix, Spain, dishes created by the Roca brothers will meet customers at affordable prices. In addition to the menu, which will feature the trio’s iconic dishes, there will be a barbecue area where many flavours will be served, such as the fresh fish grille and traditional dishes. At Àgora del mas Marroch, where Encarna Tirado will be restaurant manager, Raúl Sillero will be the chef. According to Fine Dining Lovers, their capacity, which is expected to increase when social distance rules are loosened, will initially be 50 people. The restaurant will meet its customer with a system that only allowing booking up to 15 days and open from Tuesday to Saturday. In the post they shared on Instagram, the Roca brothers emphasized their happiness by saying “We’re back. More joyful than ever. More ready than ever. More united than ever. More human than ever.”
