Presenting the opulence of the 18th century in a contemporary chic ambiance, Le Meurice combines design, ambiance, and excellent gastronomy. The two Michelin-starred restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, the cozy and elegant Restaurant Le Dali, Bar 228, and the iconic desserts of Cédric Grolet make up the dining experience of Le Meurice.

Since 2013, Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse has managed the kitchen of Le Meurice, which offers a magnificent dining experience from morning until late at night. In 2020, Alain Ducasse wanted to move the younger generation forward and entrusted the kitchen of chef Amaury Bouhours.

Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, which dazzles with its glittering decor, serves food among antique mirrors, crystal chandeliers, and frescoes. Reflecting the excellence of French gastronomy on its menu, the restaurant creates its flavors with only local and seasonal products.

Taking its name from Dali, the most loyal customer of the palace, Restaurant le Dali draws attention with its warm atmosphere. Designed by Philippe Starck, this venue is a guest favorite for breakfast gatherings and a tea time with Cédric Grolet’s fruit creations.

Bar 228, one of the most beautiful bars in Paris according to many, is frequented by many actors, presidents, and famous guests. Decorated with leather armchairs, dark wood, and marble countertops, this place pampers its guests with live jazz music and delicious cocktails.
