Michelin-starred Jean-Georges Vongerichten takes guests on a unique culinary adventure with The Mark Sailboat.

New York’s The Mark Hotel sets sail for a brand new culinary adventure, accompanied by the unique flavours of Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The unique experience, which will last from early this week to October, takes place on The Mark Sailboat, an impressive 70-foot Herreshoff ship, and offers a unique gastronomic experience under the leadership of Jean-Georges Vongerichten, one of the world’s most successful chefs.

According to Elite Traveler, the Mark Sailboat will take a break in New York Harbor, where guests can enjoy the city’s unique skyline and iconic views of the Statue of Liberty before serving Vongerichten’s one-off menu. The world-renowned chef will examine the preparation of each dish, which will be a mix of his own signatures as well as bespoke recipes. Vongerichten will be joined by the Sommelier of the Mark Hotel, which will be prepared with a selection of fine wines paired with the menu.
