The countdown has started for S.Pellegrino Young Chef, one of the most curious competitions in the world of gastronomy. The main jury staff of the competition, which will showcase the talents of 12 young chef candidates, has also been determined. World famous chefs; Mauro Colagreco, Andreas Caminada, Clare Smyth, Pim Techamuanvivit, Enrico Bartolini, Manu Buffara and Gavin Kaysen will sit on the jury seats. The final stage of the contest will take place in Milan on May 8-9.
