The food festival, The KANTINA Food and Drink Weekender, which brings together the most important chefs of England, will take place in Manchester between 10-12 June. This year’s entrance to The KANTINA will be free.

Hosted by Escape to Freight Island, one of Manchester’s major venues, the festival will bring together guest chefs, restaurants and bars for delicious and unique collaborations. Among the chefs who will be guests at The KANTINA 2022 are Michelin-starred chef Tom Brown, famous food consultant Lap-fai Lee, Pippa Middlehurst, known for her Southeast Asian cuisine, Luke French, owner-chef of the famous restaurant JÖRO, which has 3 AA Rosettes and is included in the 2021 Michelin Guide.
