The date of the first course of MAD Academy, founded by Rene Redzepi, has been announced which works with chefs and consumers for a better, healthier and more sustainable food. The course will focus on “Leadership and Business”, “Environment and Sustainability”, along with MAD Academy Director chef Magnus Nilsson. The announced dates of the course are as follows;
