Terry Kandylis

Terry earned the title of the Best Sommelier in Greece in 2015 and won the
prestigious UKSommelier of the Year in 2016.Terry represented Greece in the Best
Sommelier of Europe Finals inVienna in 2017, where he managed to go through to
the Semi-finalsand finishing in the top 10.He was studying Physics in the University
of Athens while working for some of the best restaurantsin Greece and became more
involved in the hospitality industry after falling in love with wine.
Completed the first 3 levels of WSET in Greece, before moving to the UK and began
working for ‘TheFat Duck’, the 3 Michelin restaurant of Heston Blumenthal.In UK,
Terry completed the WSET Diploma and currently is a student of the Court of
MasterSommeliers Diploma exam.Kandylis when left The Fat Duck, accepted a role
at The Ledbury where he became theAssistant Head Sommelier.
After that joined the prestigious 67 Pall Mall private membersclub headed by Master
Sommelier Ronan Sayburn.He is now the Group Head Sommelier of the winecentric
Noble Rot restaurant group, workingalongside Mark Andrew MW and Dan Keeling.
