Swedish soft wine brand Oddbird has introduced an unorthodox concept of social distance restaurants.
Wine brand Oddbird has implemented a temporary restaurant called “Nowhere” in the nature reserve of Häringe in Sweden. The brand has raised the bar even higher in the social distance dining experience.
According to Adweek, Oddbird has created six unique table layouts set up in extremely beautiful views, where contact with other guests is not possible, even if it is requested. The concept was designed by the Danish interior design duo The Norrmans, who use recycled furniture and materials, while the menu was prepared by Linn Söderström and Marion Ringborg, the chefs behind the restaurant “Garba” in Stockholm, the Swedish capital.
The brand, known for its non-alcoholic wine production, will serve unique wines alongside each dish. Reservations for the restaurant will open online on June 22. People living in Sweden and acting quickly in the booking will have the opportunity to dine at one of the restaurant’s tables in these desolate and wonderful views.
