3 Michelin starred chef Christian Le Squer is at Gastromasa. The successful chef of French cuisine was earned three Michelin stars in his previous restaurant Pavillion Ledoyen for 12 years in a row. The successful chef was awarded with 5 toques by Gault & Millau in 2016. Since 2014, Christian has been working as the kitchen chef of Le Cinq Restaurant, which is part of the Four Seasons Hotel George V.
Representing the Turkish gastronomy to the international arena, IV. The International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, hosts starred chefs this year as well as every year.
