Pastry chef and Bake Off: The Professionals judge Cherish Finden will open her first standalone pâtisserie, Shiok!, on June 16. Shiok!, which will begin its service at the Pan Pacific London hotel, will remain open seven days a week and will be open throughout the day.

As Pan Pacific London’s executive pastry chef, Finden draws inspiration from her own memories on her menu at Shiok!. Stating that the word “Shiok!” describes a feeling of pure pleasure and happiness in Singapore, Finden expressed that he is looking forward to serving Londoners.
