For two nights only, on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June 2023, the two chefs Michihiro Haruta of Crony (2 Michelin Stars & Michelin Green Star of Michelin Guide Tokyo) and Chef Simon Rogan of L’Enclume (3 Michelin Stars & Michelin Green Star of Michelin Guide UK) will join hands and present a menu at Roganic Hong Kong.
Coming from completely different backgrounds and parts of the world, the two chefs share the same emphasis on sustainability and passion towards organic, local and seasonal ingredients. The collaborative menu will feature stunning dishes driven by their joint efforts towards a more sustainable gastronomic future.
This four-hands menu is paired with a selection of rare wines curated by Master Sommelier Pierre Brunelli, who is known to feature a unique portfolio of natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
