The world-famous historical cookery school Le Cordon Bleu will open a restaurant in London this summer. Cord by Le Cordon Bleu, which will start serving in London in June, will serve as a Parisian cafe as well as hosting cooking classes and events as well as a restaurant function.

Cord by Le Cordon Bleu, which will welcome its guests Monday through Friday, will serve multiple tasting menus focusing on classic techniques and British ingredients. Workshops on world cuisine, food – wine pairings and patisserie will be given by instructors from Le Cordon Bleu’s London Institute.
