Celebrity chef Alex Dilling’s restaurant in London’s Hotel Café Royal is drawing to a close. The restaurant, which was previously announced to be open in the summer months, opens for reservation as of June 15.

Dilling, who was previously head chef at the two Michelin-starred Greenhouse restaurant in Mayfair, will have a capacity of 34 people in his new restaurant.
