Pinky Cole, the founder of the famous vegan hamburger restaurant Slutty Vegan in Atlanta, USA, opened the vegan cheesesteak concept Dinkies in Atlanta. Working with Derrick Hayes of Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks to open Dinkies, Cole blends Slutty Vegan’s casual dishes with Big Dave’s world-famous recipes.

“We are excited to bring this fresh concept to the Atlanta market, with future plans to expand,” said Pinky Cole. Dinkies are on Pinky Cole’s latest project, Bar Vegan ATL. Dinkies offer many vegan cheesesteaks such as cauliflower wings, sweet potato toasts, and cheesesteak egg rolls.
