Philippe Bernachon is one of Lyon’s leading figures. Grandson of Maurice Bernachon and Paul Bocuse, this warm-hearted, talented chocolatier took over the family business from his father, and today, surrounded by his 2 sisters, continues the traditions of this 3-generation business that has been in existence for 60 years. Initially, Philippe studied accountancy, but the passion passed on by his father took over, and he now devotes himself entirely to the family business and the creation of Bean to Bar chocolate.
