Parabere Forum is preparing to bring together the opinion leaders of the gastronomy world for the 7th time. The event, which will take place online on September 26, will inspire new developments in the field of food.

Parabere Forum, which will take place in virtual at 13:00 in Paris, is an annual global summit organized by journalist/author Maria Canabal. Food activists, international scientists, farmers, chefs, and many other opinion leaders come together to explore the global issues affecting the industry and establish equal opportunity in the gastronomy world. The sessions of the event, which hosted stars such as Alice Waters, Anne-Sophie Pic, Lara Gilmore, and René Redzepi in the past years and will take place online this year due to the pandemic, will be chaired by event director Joanna Savill, chef Narda Lepes and Apollonia Polilâne.
