The global representative of new style Japanese cuisine, Nobu opened its first restaurant in Singapore at the Four Seasons Singapore. All tables of Nobu, which started to serve its guests on June 1, are reserved for the next two months.

Hideki Maeda, who comes from Nobu London, is the executive chef in Nobu’s kitchen, and Takahiro Tim Otomo from Nobu Hotel Las Vegas is the executive sushi chef.

Co-founded by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Hollywood star Robert De Niro, and filmmaker Meir Teper, Nobu opened in 1994 before rapidly expanding worldwide. Today, this restaurant empire has more than forty-five stores worldwide, including in Hong Kong, Dubai and Australia.
