Starting in Los Angeles and expanding to the world, the legendary NOBU Restaurant announced the opening date of the Istanbul venue as May of 2021, with a traditional Japanese ceremony “Kagami Biraki” which is believed to bring harmony and luck.

NOBU Restaurants of famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Hollywood star Rober De Niro, is preparing to open its first venue in Turkey in The Ritz Carlton Hotel, İstanbul in May 2021. While the construction works proceed, the opening date was announced with a “Kagami Biraki” ceremony where people break sake barrels which is believed to bring harmony and luck and Japanese culture.
