Chef Nikos Roussos, who studied culinary arts, business and restaurant management in New York, has been awarded 2 Michelin stars for his restaurant Funky Gourmet in Athens.
He is the executive chef and co-founder of OPSO and KIMA in London, which reflect modern Greek gastronomy, and is also the executive chef and co-founder of Innovation in Hospitality (IH), a group company in the hospitality industry.
He has been ranked amongst the best chefs in 300 Best Chefs in the World and he has also been a judge and a mentor in the establishment Pellegrino Young Chef.
