Robin Hood, New York’s largest and most influential poverty-fighting organization, has been dedicated to serving others for more than 30 years and rushed to the aid of restaurant workers in need during the coronavirus crisis.

Nearly half a million people were out of work or unable to pay after restaurants and bars were closed to prevent the coronavirus outbreak. Many were left with problems such as rent, medicine and food as employees lost their jobs. With the collabration of Robin Hood and the National Restaurant Association, Roar Relief Fund was set up for restaurant industry workers who were out of work. People whose application to the Roar Relief Fund has turned out to be positive will receive one-time aid of $ 500.
