Michelin-starred chef Akira Back is opening his new eponymous restaurant in Dallas today. The most striking dishes on the menu of the restaurant, which will be opened in The Colony’s Grandspace, are sushi, carpaccio, Kagoshima A5 wagyu and fried rice.

The famous chef, who has twenty restaurants in many parts of the world, offers authentic Japanese cuisine with Korean influences, with sushi and wagyu.
