Talha Barkın, who works in the same position in Baku, became the new executive chef of Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Barkin replaces Paolo Belloni, who has recently transferred to Shangri-La the Shard in London.

Before joining the Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Barkın was an executive chef at Fairmont Baku Flame Towers. Born in Köyceğiz, Turkey, the chef has a history of Hilton hotels in Chongqing, Jakarta and Maldives, and Shangri-La hotels in Chiang Mai and Hangzhou.
