Mohamad Orfali, one of Dubai’s renowned chefs, has partnered with Michelin star Tom Aikens to prepare iftar meals at The Abu Dhabi Edition.

Aikens said: “I previously enjoyed worked with Orfali on a pop-up event in Dubai, he was my first thought for this partnership, this seemed a great opportunity to reconnect and work together on a great Ramadan activation with The Abu Dhabi Edition. We understand each other’s cooking abilities and style very well.”

Chef Orfali said: “It’s a very busy time with my new restaurant recently opening in Dubai. But, I was excited to partner with Tom again and The Abu Dhabi Edition. I have every faith in working with Tom, his flavours and dishes. So even though being in different countries is challenging, we put these dishes together and I had full confidence in the end result. You can go to taste them yourself to find out if it worked or not.”

The iftar will be available daily throughout Ramadan from sunset until 8.30pm at Market at Edition.
