According to Finedining Lovers’ news, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants has announced that Mingoo Kang of Mingles in Seoul, South Korea, is the 2021 recipient of the Inedit Damm Chefs’ Choice Award. The award is voted for by the chefs that appear on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, which will be announced via a virtual ceremony on 25 March.

Chef Kang is recognised for his work at his flagship restaurant Mingles in Seoul, South Korea, where he expands the possibilities of Korean cuisine, creating something truly extraordinary.
