Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK and Ireland will be announced from 10:00 UK time on 16 February 2022. The only restaurant of the tire manufacturer company in the world will be promoted with the digital-only event.

Information about the general operation of the restaurant will be shared at the ceremony, which will take place as a digital and live broadcast. In addition to expensive sushi restaurants and high-end South Asian establishments in London, male-run European restaurants are also among the topics to be discussed at the event.

Michelin added that this year it will feature exclusive content, including editorial articles, alongside its international Instagram account, UK Twitter account, and social media stories and posts to be published in the UK and Ireland MICHELIN Guide. It should be noted that Michelin’s Twitter account in England includes remarkable content.

Last year, Michelin added 12 stars to its London cohort and removed all eight. Among these additions were some surprises. Chief among these was a restaurant called Behind in London Fields, which has been open for 20 days and has a guide that boasts consistency and repeated visits. It gave a prestigious third star to Hélène Darroze, who has appeared in both Core by Clare Smyth and Connaught. More announcements are expected in the future.
