Michelin-starred restaurant Le Pigeon Noir in Brussels reacted to the measures for restaurants, cafes and bars after COVID-19 with criteria for job recruitment.
Le Pigeon noir has reacted creatively by publishing surreal business criteria to the health and safety measures that come with the reopening of restaurants. Le Pigeon Noir, which continues without changing its focus with the Michelin star that it won in 2014, will change many things with the COVID-19 crisis and social distance measures that question applicability in many countries. Le Pigeon Noir shared job adverts via its Facebook page includes; a professional basketball player to fill the bread baskets, Two experienced frisbee players to send the plates and a diver (complete with his equipment) with a minimum of five years of experience to wash the dishes. Those not serious enough should not apply, the restaurant said.
