Michelin-starred French chef Yannick Alleno said that it is time to rediscover quality food for the post-Covid-19 period. Alleno stated that he is considering “changing everything” when it comes to reopening his restaurants. “It is important for me not to reopen my restaurants as before. Today I want to change my restaurant and make it a most absolute social example,” the chef told AFP.
Alleno, the chef of Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris and Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, plans to work on equality in the kitchen, service, and personalized menu. At the same time, Alléno is testing the ‘table concierge’ service, which will allow guests to have a phone call before their arrival at the restaurant to learn about their tastes, allergies, and budget.
