Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge and brand specialist Mark Emms announced that they will open a new vegan restaurant called Bad Vegan at Camden Market in London.

“Our principles are simple – we want to encourage people to make small changes to their diet, incorporating more plant-based food,” says Mark Emms, founder of Bad Vegan. The restaurant focuses on fundamentally a vegan menu but offers non-vegan sauces and sides to cater to people who want to eat more plant-based food but may not follow a vegan diet.
