Mark Donald, head chef of Number One at The Balmoral restaurant, is attending the first fine dining restaurant at The Grenturret, Scotland’s oldest whisky factory. This year, the Michelin-starred chef, who quit his job at Number One at The Balmoral restaurant, will showcase the innovations of contemporary Scottish cuisine on the menu of the new restaurant Glenturret Lalique Restaurant.
Donald said: “Working closely with the local producers and suppliers has been wonderful so far; together with my team, I feel we have managed to create a contemporary, thought-provoking menu wrapped in the genuine Scottish hospitality for which The Glenturret is renowned.”
