Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn, owner of San Francisco’s famous restaurant Atelier Crenn, announced that she will open a new restaurant in Paris. The French chef, famous for her ‘poetic culinaria’ and winner of the 2021 World’s Top 50 Icons Award, will bring the cuisine of New Orleans to the capital of France.
Crenn, who will open her first restaurant in Europe, has been continuing her career in the United States since the late 1980s. The famous chef who currently manages Atelier Crenn, Petit Crenn and Bar Crenn venues, all in San Francisco; “We are ready to open the French Nola restaurant, which will be the meeting point of New Orleans, San Francisco and French cuisines,” she said.
Chefs Jean-Christophe Bourguignon and Jake Smollett will accompany Crenn at her new venue.
