Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar’s new restaurant project, Riwaz, will open on February 16 in Beaconsfield, Aylesbury End. The restaurant will present “traditional cuisines of India with a menu inspired by history and cultural stories and practices”.

The chef and television presenter also runs a number of restaurants locally, with Hawkyns at The Crown in Amersham, Sindhu at The Compleat Angler, and Vaasu at Marlow. The restaurant’s Instagram page states that the menu will be released “very soon” and to curious customers “social media”. says to stay tuned in the media. The opening hours of the restaurant will be from 12:00 to 14:15 for lunch and from 17:00 to 21:30 for dinner.
