Successful chef Alyn Williams entered the kitchen with students for an event held within the Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT). In the event, which was held online due to the pandemic, students learned the tricks of the kitchen from the Michelin-starred chef.

All academies within the Trust were invited to the event, which offered students the opportunity to discover the secrets of the cooking and food industry with Alyn Williams. “After a tough start to the year for all students and their families, we are thrilled at the opportunity to host such an exciting event, which will inspire our talented students to explore a field they feel passionately about” Williams said.

Michelin-starred Alyn Williams, who has worked in the UK’s largest kitchens, has worked with Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsey for many years. Due to the coronavirus restrictions, the students followed Alyn’s instructions to create delicious meals using the same ingredients and recipes in the trainings held via remote live connection.
