Michelin-starred chefs Paul Ainsworth and Tommy Banks are launching a one-week staff exchange program so their employees can experience different businesses. Within the scope of the program, the staff at the duo’s restaurants will work in another restaurant for a week, experiencing a different working experience in a different environment.
Three staff members have been involved in the program so far. Seven more personnel changes are expected this year.
