McDonald’s will give food to health workers struggling with coronavirus under the heading “Thank you Meals” in America.
Big fast-food chain McDonald’s will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to health workers at its branches in America for 2 weeks by joining other restaurants and chains that provide food support to health workers. The event will start on the 22nd of April, the event will end on the 5th of May. The Happy Meal boxes will include a thank you note, as well as a choice of drinks, small sandwiches or french fries. Vicki Chancellor, head of McDonald’s National Advertising Committee, stated that support for the project was 100% with the full participation of McDonald’s 56 franchisees co-operative Group.
