Labor organizations based in different locations around the world and the “Fight for $15” organization based in America filed a joint complaint against McDonald’s on Monday, alleging sexual harassment at the company’s restaurants around the world.

The fast-food chain, which has been under scrutiny since at least 2016, when 15 workers filed sexual harassment complaints with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), was also sued last April for $ 500 million for “severe or pervasive sexual harassment” against women. The latest complaint consists of accusations of gender-based sexual harassment collected from Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, the UK, the US and other countries. The complaint was delivered to the Dutch National Contact Point, which oversees the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Although McDonald’s is trying to end this situation by implementing new policies on the issue, the problem appears to be expanding internationally.
