Mirazur’s world-renowned chef Mauro Colagreco is back in Singapore with his first Italian restaurant, Fiamma. Combining the Italian and Argentine heritage with a deep respect for nature, Colagreco opens Fiamma in Capella Singapore. The celebrity chef is working with Capella Hotels & Resorts Group for the second time, after Côte by Mauro Colagreco, which he opened in Capella Bangkok in 2020.

Fiamma is not Michelin-starred Colagreco’s first venture in Singapore. The world-famous chef, who opened a restaurant called Carne in February last year, was a guest in Singapore in 2021 with a Mirazur pop-up, which attracted great attention despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
