The globally renowned Italian chef Massimo Bottura opened his new online shop “Franceschetta58: At Home”. The e-shop, which offers traditional dishes from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, aims to create a “digital gastronomy center” by offering its customers carefully selected flavors from cellar products to ready-to-serve meals.

Franceschetta58 aims to provide a broader understanding of the Emilia-Romagna region while maintaining the fun spirit that always reflects on the dishes and dishes characteristic of the shop. Reducing waste related to packaging and distribution is another goal of the e-shop.
