The UK’s Michelin-starred restaurant Mãos will begin welcoming guests with its new post-pandemic format from August 19.

Before the pandemic, Mãos, one of Britain’s most famous restaurants, welcomed guests with an intimate concept at their communal table but they made a change of concept, with restrictions imposed by the opening of restaurants. Mãos 2.0 now welcomes guests with individual tables, while the main dining room can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people with the main dining table also offers a special dining experience for incoming groups.

Mãos, which will greet guests with a 14-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Edoardo Pellicano, has also launched a membership programme, according to Big Hospitality UK. Founder James Brown said: “We are delighted to be reopening next month. We opened Mãos with the intention of redefining what it means to visit a restaurant, and we’ve used our time away to reconsider every element of the dining experience.”
