Known for keeping the American street food culture alive in London, Missy Flynn and Gabriel Pryce’s restaurant Rita’s opens in Soho. Rita’s first opened with the name Rita’s Bar & Dining, but later continuing to serve as Bodega Rita’s, closed its venue in the King’s Cross area in early 2020.

“Hospitality is part of who we are so we are of course so eager to be able to welcome everyone into our new restaurant and for me to start cooking again,” says Gabriel Pryce.

Deciding to revive their restaurant, the duo chose Soho, one of London’s popular districts. For now, Bodega Rita’s, which only serves as a pop-up concept with its bestselling gourmet sandwiches, house wines and cocktails, is planned to open in a restaurant format by taking the name Rita’s again in the first half of 2021.
