LONDON EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL GASTROMASA GASTRONOMY CONFERENCE

The International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, which ranks among the top two gastronomy events in the world, will operate in the global arena as of 2024 and will continue to grow with all its strength in the field of gastronomy.
While we aim to pioneer new steps in the field of gastronomy in the 9th adventure of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, we continue our unifying mission within the scope of modern gastronomy with determination. On this occasion, we will start organizing International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference in London, one of the world’s most important gastronomy destination centers, on May 28-29, 2024.
With Gastromasa London, we will be taking International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference abroad for the first time. We have determined the theme of Gastromasa Conference, which will be held at Olympia London in London, as “Inspiration”.
We continue to serve as a bridge between the world and gastronomy where we bring together the world‘s most renowed chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, professionals of the tourism and hospitality industry, journalists and gastronomy writers.

MISSION

To promote the country’s natural beauties, historical places, regional and local gastronomic values to focus on gastronomy tourism and to contribute to the development of the country in world gastronomy.
In order to continue building bridges with world gastronomy; To contribute to the development of world gastronomy by bringing together the world’s most famous chefs, industry leaders, hotel and restaurant professionals, investors, local and international chefs, and to be a gastronomy ambassador in introducing the country’s culture to the world.

At Gastromasa London, which will be held by Sozen Global, we will be featuring the inspiring stories of professionals with an important line in the food and beverage industry, who are a source of inspiration in the national and international arena, with the theme of ‘Inspiration’. The career journeys of world renowed chefs, sommeliers and mixologists will be featured, and there will be interviews, panels and demos about the restaurants, menus, concepts, design and creativity processes they are inspired by. In addition, the inspiring and difference making stories of gastronomy professionals and investors for the sector will also find a place in the London market for gastronomy enthusiasts.
