Following the passing of Albert Roux, the restaurant he founded with his brother Michel Roux Snr, Le Gevroche is publishing a book that is a compilation of the brothers’ signature recipes. All the profits from the sales will be donated to the charity Hospitality Action.

Inspired by their mother’s cooking, the Roux brothers compiled traditional Normandy and French recipes in French Country Cooking, the book that is sold on Le Gavroche’s website. The profits collected from the sales will be donated to Hospitality Action, a charity that aims to support hospitality sector workers.
