Known as the godmother of Korean cuisine, Cho Hee-Sook restaurant is known for its Hansikgonggan. The chef, who successfully delivers Korean cuisine, was named Asia’s Best Female Chef 2020. The chef who teaches Korean cuisine at Woosong University also bring many famous chefs into the world of gastronomy.

Chef Cho Hee-Sook will be presented with her award at the ceremony for Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, on Tuesday 24th March in Saga Prefecture, Japan.
