Josh Angus started working in Michelin restaurants, first at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saison and then in Hong Kong with 2 Michelin starred chef Shane Osbourne. After two years as sous chef at Ollie at Dabbous, Angus continued his career as private chef to the American ambassador.
Using fresh, local and seasonal produce in his kitchen, Josh Angus has been HIDE’s Group Head Chef for nearly 6 years and was recently promoted to the brand’s Group Executive Chef. Angus also oversees HIDE as well as HIDEAWAY and WHITE HORSE restaurants.
